DONE-FOR-YOU EXECUTION PROTOCOL

Pure Execution.
Zero Tech Overwhelm.

Stop acting as your own IT department. Our in-house Done-For-You execution team physically builds your funnels, workflows, and websites natively inside the Headsmart ecosystem. You supply the vision; we handle the build.

PROTOCOL // QUEUE INTEGRITY

Transparent Turnaround Times.
No Empty Promises.

We do not offer "unlimited" simultaneous builds, because unlimited always means compromised quality. Instead, we operate a highly transparent, ticket-based queue system to ensure elite execution. Once you submit your scope through the DFY Request tab, our team gets to work based on strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

SYSTEM PROTOCOL 04 // SCOPE LIMITS

Execution Boundaries:
How We Work

Engineering velocity is maintained by eliminating scope ambiguity. All queue requests are strictly verified against these protocol parameters to guarantee turnaround predictability.

Included

Implementing client-provided copy and branding, mobile adjustments, platform-level A2P setup guidance, and native platform integrations.

Not Included

Writing copy from scratch, brand discovery, custom asset creation (logos/videos), Zapier/Make integrations, pixel-perfect replication of third-party designs, and real-time or same-day work.

DFY Specifications &
Official FAQ

Technical parameters, system boundaries, and queue execution rules governing all deliverables within the engineering scope.

How do I submit a task?

Only requests submitted through the official DFY Request tab are considered valid and will be processed and queued.

Will you fix my email deliverability or domain reputation?

No. We provide platform-level setup guidance and A2P handling, but we do not provide email warming, inbox placement fixes, or spam dispute resolution.

Will you migrate my existing site from Wordpress or Wix?

Yes. A migration duplicates your site onto our platform using native elements. We provide best-effort structural matching, but do not guarantee pixel-perfect replication or the transfer of unsupported custom scripts.

Can I request infinite revisions on my website build?

To maintain our SLA timelines for all founders, website builds include exactly two rounds of revisions (Homepage Review and Full Website Review). Feedback must be consolidated into one list per round.
