Inherent software bugs, glitches, or platform-wide outages.
Security vulnerabilities within the GoHighLevel software itself.
Data loss caused by the underlying hosting providers (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS).
8.2. Security and Access Control: The Agency agrees to maintain professional administrative standards to secure the Client’s data within the platform. Our responsibility is limited to:
Restricting sub-account access to authorized users only.
Implementing granular user permissions to protect sensitive information.
Enforcing Agency-level security protocols, such as Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
8.3. Legal Compliance & Data Integrity: While the Agency provides the infrastructure, the Client is responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all local and international laws (including, but not limited to, GDPR, CCPA, or Argentine Law No. 25,326). The Agency does not and cannot be held responsible for legal issues arising from the Client’s data collection methods or business practices.
8.4. Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Headsmart Global Agency harmless from any legal claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client's breach of third-party confidentiality agreements or violations of data protection laws while using the platform.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users or us.
